SKI PASSES


Purchase ski passes online conveniently!

You can purchase a ski pass in advance and use it during the season 2024-2025 whenever it is convenient for you.
Tickets are valid until May 1st, 2025 and can not be extend further.
Already purchased ski pass can not be exchanged, modified or cancelled without an exceptional force majeure – in case of injury, doctor´s epicrisis. In these cases, we charge a cancellation fee of 15 euros/order.

ALL SPECIAL OR DISCOUNT PRICE SKI PASSES MUST BE PURCHASED FROM TICKET SALE OFFICE ON SPOT


All the Axess ticket system tickets are remote-controlled. Do not puncture the cards to prevent damage to the chip.
In exchange for a damaged SmartCard, you must purchase a new chip card of 8,00 €.
The card should be placed on the left side, with a jacket, cheast, or sleeve pocket. The skier himself has to take care of the insurance coverage he thinks he needs.

-  From online sale you can purchase hour, evening and day/multiday tickets by loading your Axess SmartCard.
   Loading by WTP-number when you arrive at Himos you can head straight to the lift.
   OR
   Purchase a ticket and an Axess chip card, you will receive a QR code for your email to retrieve a ticket. When you arrive at Himos, you can pick up your
   ticket with the QR code you received from the Axess pick up box, located in front of West Himos ticket sale office or with the order number from
   the ticket sale office.
-  Pensioners, Discount, campaign, or group tickets can not be purchased at the online sale.
-  The minimum ticket length is 3 hours. The tickets will be valid for the period 2024/2025 and will be activated by the first lift entry for that day’s ticket.
   Multi-day tickets are activated from the first lift entry and are valid for the following consecutive days – the exception is 3/5 days and 5/7 days,
   in those tickets 3 optional days of skiing during a 5-day period, or alternatively, 5 days of skiing during a 7-day period. Evening+Day and
   evening+ 2 days tickets has to be used in order to evening first and day/2days second. You can´t change the order of the loads.
-  The ticket is personal and can not be transferred/sold to another person.

The staff monitors the use of tickets at lifts. Be prepared to prove your identity if needed.

If purchased children´s ticket (7-11-years) be ready to identify child´s age to the personnel if needed.

In Lumila Snow fun family area you have 4 lifts and 7 sliding slopes for skiing, snowboarding, sledding and tubing.

1.   Season pass is personal and may not be transferred / sold to another person. Season pass is valid
      skiing season 2024/2025 in all ski areas during the
      opening hours. (Lumila season pass is valid in Lumila area.)
2.   Season pass is loaded in online sale and will be activated in first entry through the gate. Please
      note that you will use a correct WTP-number. You  may not load your own season pass to another
      person´s old season pass chip card.
3.   Season pass holder´s photo has to be loaded in the time of purchase.
4.   When you buy the season pass for a child (7-11 years) be ready to identify child´s age to the
      personnel if needed. The age of the child at the time of purchase determines the price of the season
      pass. Senior 65+ /Pensioner season passes can be purchased from the office, please contact

5.   Season pass will be loaded to the Axess Smart Card only. Axess Smart Card (8,00 €) doesn´t include to the season pass price.
      You may purchase the Axess Smart Card at the same time as buying season pass. Do not puncture
      the cards to prevent damage to the chip. In exchange for a damaged SmartCard, you must
      purchase a new chip card of 8,00 €.

6.   Misuse of the season pass or breaking of the slope and lift rules may lead to either temporary or
      definitive suspension of the pass.
7.   In case of buying, the season pass will be withheld for a specified period and our personnel will
      contact the parents in all cases of bullying. In repeated cases, the season pass is canceled for the
      rest of the season. No refunds will be made in these cases.
8.   If another person than season pass owner uses the season pass, we inherit the examination fee of
      €150.
9.   Forgotten/Lost season pass; 20 euros fee will be charged when season pass will be replaced, fee
      doesn´t include Axess Smart Card.
10. Already purchased season pass can not be exchanged or cancelled without an exceptional force
      majeure – in case of illness, doctor´s epicrisis. In these cases, we charge a cancellation fee of
      EUR 15/order.
11. Skier by him-/herself ensure that insurance cover, which he/she considers necessary.
12. Tickets must be paid at the same time than download is made. Payment Service Provider is
      Paytrail.

Please note that when a season pass is loaded onto the chip card, the chip card in question is identified as the person´s chip card and hers/his information is on the chip card. In the future, another person´s season pass cannot be loaded onto the same chip card. In the future, the chip card can only be used for the same person's season pass or day, hour and evening tickets.

If a person violates the ski slopes rules, the ski resort staff have the right to prevent the use of ski resort facilities.
Tickets purchased at online are subject to the same terms as those purchased at the ticket sale office.
Tickets are always paid at the time of purchase through the Paytrail payment service.

    TERMS OF DELIVERY FOR CLOTHING ORDERED FROM ONLINE STORE

    1. General

    These terms ("Terms") govern the use of the Himos-Yhtiöt Oy online store and all clothing orders made through it. By using the online store, you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. We reserve the right to change or update the contedt of the online store, including prices, product selection, and these terms. If we make significant changes to these terms or the privacy policy, we will strive to infrom your customers in advance on our website. Clothing orders placed through the online store will only be delivered to Finnish postal addresses.

    To place an order, you must meet the criteria set for the order and provide accurate and correct information about yourself. You must be at least 18 years old when placing an order in the Himos-Yhtiöt online store.
    Placing an order requires registration in the online store.
    All orders must be made online. We do not accept orders by phone or email.

    6. Delivery and Delivery Time
    The delivery time for our products is 2-3 weeks. We reserve the right to deliver orders in multiple batches.
    The shipping cost is 7.90 euros and will be added to the order. Products are delivered as a parcel to the provided address. Pickup on site is free of charge.
    Please note that we use external service providers to carry out the deliveries.


    7. Right of Return
    Custom-made products do not have a right of return. Consumers have the right to cancel a defective product within 14 days of receiving the order.
    The product to be returned must be unused. The product must be packed either in its original packaging or in a similar manner.

    8. Liability  
    We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by obstacles beyond our control. Such force majeure events include, for example, exceptional natural phenomenon, transportation disruptions, strikes, or trade or export bans.  
    We are also not liable for disruptions, interruptions, or outages of the online store.  
    We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for damages is limited to a maximum of 100% of the purchase price.  

    9. Intellectual Property Rights of Online Store Content  
    The content of Himos-Yhtiöt Oy's online store, including images, videos, texts, product information, trademarks, and diagrams, is the property of Himos-Yhtiöt Oy and/or its partners or licensors. Unauthorized use or copying of the online store content or materials is prohibited.

    We are responsible for the careful handling and storage of customer information. You can find more information about the processing of personal data and data protection in our privacy policy.

    11. Applicable Law and Disputes
    These terms are governed by Finnish law, excluding choice of law provisions. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be handled exclusively by Finnish courts. Consumers can also seek advice from the Finnish Consumer Advice or contact the Consumer Disputes Board for recommendations.
